Howdy everyone,   If you wish to contact us, the best way would be to e-mail to ffdonn@msn.com I check it every couple of days.

We just returned from the United Peafowl Association conference in KCMO.  We brought home 28 birds, Peachicks, Ornamental Pheasants, New colors of Bowtie/Showgirl chickens,(Blue, Black, and Buff). An adult pair of Blue India split to Bronze Birds.
We also got 3 more white peacocks to meet the demand for white feathers.

Our Feather business has gone crazy with sales of Peacock feathers almost every month.  That has sure helped with bird feed bills and helped recycle them to a good use.  We have sold them for weddings, artist, and crafters to use.

We have added 3 new members to the "fainting goat" family.  We have "Sassy" (Sasparilla) the mommy with "Alfalfa and Buckwheat" (boy and girl) the babies.  They are so cute and funny to be around, we really enjoy our time out at the picnic table, climbing toy to them.  Rascal and Spanky play with all of them and are fun to play with too.

Our Miniature Donkeys (Dinkydonks) are doing well and Jack hopefully has bred all the girls,  Josie our newest male born Aug. 2010 is doing fine and we have him for sale.  He is gentle like Jack and will stay small too.

The cows were moved in June and with some challenges with the bulls, all is well and they should stay up here till Nov./Dec. this year.  We lost one calf to coyotes and may put a Dinkydonk or two in the herd, for protection, this spring.

We still have "Rio" the mustang.  He is for sale to a good home and someone with the time and experience to work with him.  He is $500 to anyone who has a place to raise him and time to work with him.

We have 500 bales of hay in the barn, thanks to Craig Hopkins who, while here on vacation, helped load and stack all that hay in the mornings, and we fished all day.  He fished, I fell in and flailed the water asking the fish to give up.

We own a "hobby ranch" in the moutains of Northern Colorado.   We also have 5 horses (mountain mutts) 9 Black Angus Cows 2 Nubian goats, 4 fainting goat, one miniature cross goat, and 4 cats.   I am a 30 year firefighter for Poudre Fire Authority (Fort Collins), My wife is a Nurse and Discharge Planner at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins.   Thanks for checking out our web page and we look forward to hearing from you.
